How long has it been?

Here's our Baby Kayla!

I know... it's been forEVER!!! So to catch up on the important things...
We had our 4th beautiful baby Kayla Rae on Monday Oct. 26th 2009 and moved from Orem, UT back to Colorado Springs, CO that same week.
Kayla was born at 3:18 pm, was 7 lbs 2 oz and 18 inches long. She's grown so much through this year and is a sweet little angel who doesn't like to sleep. She started walking right around her fist birthday and is going everywhere and climbing everything. Right now she has 4 teeth, the 2 on bottom in the middle and her 2 upper K-9s. She looks like a little vampire when she smiles. LOL! So cute!
Zander started Kindergarten this fall and is doing great. He's one smart little boy. Haley is growing so tall she's catching up to Zander and can take him down in a wrestling match! :) She's also become quite the little artist! Emily is our little small fry who is such a little sweet pea. She also has finally potty trained! Yay!
Dustin and I just had our 8th anniversary. Sometimes it feels like we've been together for so much longer (in a good way) and other times it seems like time has just flown by!
My sister Steph and I took some cake decorating classes over the summer and are dreaming about starting a cake business so I just started a blog with some pics of our cakes. Here's the link if you want to check it out, but keep in mind I just started it and there are no comments yet just a few pics.

I promise to try and update both blogs way more than from now on! :)

Pics of my lovies!

We brought the kids and aunt Jessie to the Bean Museum one hot Saturday afternoon...
Jessie and her friend the Olive Baboon. Smile! :)

A real live, I guess not "live" LIGER!

Zander and his stitches... so for the few who don't know the story... We were outside like everyother day and Zander is riding his new bike in the parking lot when we hear a CRASH and a SCREAM! He must have been going pretty fast when she crashed because his bike tire was wedged unter the bumber of a car in the parking lot (the car did not get hurt) and when he turned around his face was dripping blood everywhere. I didn't panic too bad I don't think but I ran him to our Apt. and tried to take care of his huge cut over his left eye. It was obvious right away that he would need stitches so I called Dustin home from work, we left Haley with Leslie (Thanks Leslie! :)) and brought him to the ER. He did really well waiting until they gave him the anesthetic shot. He screamed sooo hard while they did it that Emily was freaking out for him and I had to take her out because she was so upset. As soon as they were done Zander forgot all about the pain and when the Doctor came in and asked him if it was him doing all the screaming he said "No, it wasn't me". When the the Doctor cleaned him up and stitched him up Z did sooo well. He just laid there really still and talked to the Doc. the entire time. The doc. said that most kids his age have to get sedated because they freak out so much. Anyway he ended up needing 10 stitches and boy was he proud of them! When we got home and went to pick up Haley he ran into Leslie's house when she opened the door and Said: "Look at my stitches! I got 10 of them!"
So there's the long story. Hopefully it wasn't too boring. But beware the pics to come are not for the weak or fainthearted...

My Sleeping honeys...

Haley and her cute belly! :)

More of my sleeping loves!

Little goober...

We found out our little peanut who is not so little anymore is a Girl! So Jessie and Dave had us over to celebrate. Sometimes I still can't believe that we are having baby #4! BTW she's due Oct. 31 st for those who didn't know we are expecting a Halloween baby.

Emily Getting into Trouble again!

Zander on his Big Boy Bike! He learned to ride without training wheels in about and hour! We were so proud of him and he was so excited to "ride with only two wheels"! So we got him a new bike off KSL and he loves it. That's all he wants to do anymore.

Emilou adorable as always.

Zander and Haley being silly.

And some more...
